Swachhta Pakhwada programme was conducted with different painting competition by Teesta stage IV NHPC in several schools of Mangan district under central government schedule and direction. On 1st September was the closing ceremony at Teesta stage IV NHPC office, Tingchim, North Sikkim. The programme had reward function and handing over of token money to winners, runners up and participants of the flower pots painting competition.
GM, Teesta stage IV, NHPC, R. Mukhia, in his address delivered his positive thoughts and urged everyone to keep their areas neat and clean as Prime Minister of India is very serious towards making India Swachhta, neat and clean and pollution free. So everyone has to be very serious and concentrate on the positive matter. He also informed that NHPC HEP PROJECT developers are international and national HEP developers in the country looking to the safety of all general public, indegineous tribal people of the nation and central government policy is to uplift all the backward people and tribal people with employment, economic upliftment with preserving their tradition and culture and make them improvement in living standard to compare with emerging and dizitized world but not to make them migrate from their origin places.
