Following Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s direction on “Swachhta Pakhwada” Sector Hqrs SSB Marchak (Gangtok) carried out a cleanliness drive on 05.12.18 at the premises including playground of Birspati Parsai Senior secondary school, Marchak Ranipool (East Sikkim)
Officers & staff of SashastraSeema Bal Gangtok Sector, School Teacher, & Students of BPSSS Marchak participated in the drive held between 1000hrs and 1200hrs.
Before starting the drive Sh. SushantaMallik Staff Officer (Ops) briefed about the objective of SwachhtaPakhwada. He reiterated that cleanliness habit should be inculcated on all students and that such habit should start with adopting cleanliness for healthy life. He also apprised the students about the benefit of cleanliness drive for our personal life as well as for the nation. (PIB)
