Members of Sikkim Bihari Jagran Manch (SBJM) called on Chief Minister Pawan Chamling this evening at his office residence in Mintogang.
The Central Body Elections for the Manch had taken place in December and representatives from all the districts and towns were present.
President of Sikkim Bihari JagranManch, Swaminath Prasad expressed his gratitude to the Chief Minister for his support and guidance to the business community.
General Secretary of the Manch Birendra Prasad apprised the Chief Minister of the oath-taking ceremony which will take place on the 24th of January and also updated him about the Jan Sabha of all business communities that will take place in February.
The Chief Minister thanked the Members of the Manch and said that the Government under his leadership would continue to work towards their progress. Swaminath Prasad expressed his content and said that the business community was completely satisfied with all the works and help extended by the State Government and also stated that the community would work in close coordination with the Government for the development of the State.
